What Reviewdou is

Reviewdou gives small businesses in Pakistan, especially those that sell through social media and chat, a public page of reviews from their customers. Reviewdou doesn't sell anything itself and isn't part of any deal between a seller and a customer.

Reviewdou is run by Jahanzaib Ramzan, in Pakistan; "we" and "us" in these terms mean Reviewdou and its owner.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• You sign in with a Pakistani mobile number that you use. One account per number.
• You're responsible for what's done with your account, so never share your login code.

Rules for reviews

Reviews must be about your own, real experience with the seller. Don't post:

• Fake reviews, reviews you were paid or rewarded for, or reviews of your own business or a competitor.
• Abuse, threats, hate, or sexual content.
• Anyone's private details, such as phone numbers, addresses or CNIC numbers.
• Photos you don't have the right to share.
• Anything else that's illegal in Pakistan.

Repeat customers can review each order. The number of reviews per day is limited.

Rules for sellers

• Keep your business details accurate.
• You can't edit or delete customers' reviews. You can reply in public, and report a review that breaks these rules.
• Don't write reviews for your own business, and don't offer customers rewards for good reviews.
• Don't pressure customers to change or remove a review.
• Send review links only to people who really ordered from you.

Reports and moderation

Anyone can report a review. Our team checks every report and may keep the review, remove it, or remove one photo. The review stays up while we check, usually for up to a day.

We may remove content or close an account that breaks these terms, without notice if needed. If you disagree with a decision, email support@reviewdou.pk and we'll look again.

Your content

You own what you post. By posting it, you allow Reviewdou to store, show, copy and format it to run and promote the service, for example on the seller's page, in search and as story cards. This continues for reviews already posted, unless they're removed.

Free plan

Reviewdou is free. The Free plan includes a monthly number of new reviewers per seller; returning customers don't count. We never stop a customer from posting a review because of it: if a seller goes over, we'll let them know.

A paid Pro plan may come later. We'll show its price and terms before anyone pays, and nothing changes for Free sellers without notice.

Leaving Reviewdou

A seller can ask us to close their page. The page goes offline, but customers' reviews are kept, so a business can't erase its reviews by leaving. Customers can edit or remove their own reviews at any time. To delete your account, see the privacy policy.

Our service

We work to keep Reviewdou running and correct, but we provide it as it is. Reviews are the opinions of the people who wrote them, not of Reviewdou. We confirm phone numbers and check reports, but we can't promise that every review is true or that every seller is reliable. Use your own judgement before you buy.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Reviewdou isn't responsible for losses from deals between sellers and customers, from content posted by others, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights you have under Pakistani law that can't be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and tell you on the site about important changes. If you keep using Reviewdou after a change, the new terms apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and courts in Pakistan decide any dispute.
