How Reviewdou checks reviews
Reviewdou collects reviews for small businesses, especially those that sell through social media and chat. Here is what keeps them honest.
- Every reviewer confirms their phone numberA confirmed number shows a real person wrote the review. Repeat customers can review every order; their reviews are grouped under one name with a “Repeat customer” tag, so one person can't fill the page.
- “Ordered from …” means the seller sent the linkAfter an order, the seller can send a customer a personal review link. Those reviews get this badge, the strongest sign that the person really bought something.
- Sellers can't edit or delete reviewsThey can reply in public, so you see both sides.
- Anyone can report a reviewOur team checks every report. The review stays up while we look, so sellers can't hide bad ones by reporting them.
- Your number stays privateIt's never shown on your review. The seller sees only the last 3 digits, to match it to an order.
